OditVend is vending software made in Bulgaria for companies running snack and drink vending machines, coffee machines and capsule (toy and tattoo) machines. Route staff record every service on their phone, and the owner sees revenue, stock and the machines waiting for service in one place.
Please note: the app interface is currently in Bulgarian. It works anywhere, but it is built for teams that work in Bulgarian.

- Service visits from the phone — products loaded (by shelf layout for vending machines) and cash collected by payment method: coins, banknotes and cards.
- Daily route for each operator, overdue machines and reminders.
- Works offline — visits are kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns.
- QR code on every machine opens it straight from the phone camera.
- Stock — deliveries, counts, stock in operators' vans and automatic write-off of what was loaded.
- Reports — revenue by machine and month, year-over-year comparison, profit after products, expenses and location rent; export to Excel.
- Coffee machines — cup counter at every visit and planned maintenance by days or cups.
- Repairs — repair requests to technicians with push notifications and repair history.
- Location contracts — term, rent and paid-until date with expiry reminders.
Roles and data security
Every employee has their own login: owner, senior operator, operator and technician, each seeing only what they need. Every company has a separate database on servers in the European Union, with an automatic weekly backup the owner can download and a full history of changes.

Not yet — the interface is in Bulgarian. This page is for English-speaking owners and managers who want to know what the software does.
Do I need to install anything?
No. OditVend runs in the browser on phones and computers and can be added to the phone home screen like an app.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. There is a demo company without registration, and you can create your own company and use it free for 14 days.
